Hi, This is thamil, i am a sundirect user for 11 years
we are all know about independence day offer for sundirect rs.999 for 9month tamil dop 1pack.
on aug 5, my plan is expired, that day evening i received a msg, about this offer from sundirect. I feel happy because it cost 111 per month
on aug 8 , i called customer care and asked about this offer...they told me to recharge 500 for 2 times (500+500=1000) ( note: max recharge amount in sundirect is 500 ).
on that day, afternoon i recharged 500....due to some problem in sundirect app i can't recharge another 500...
on that night , tamil dop 1 pack is activated automatically by taking amount from my balance (without my consent)
on aug 9, morning , i recharge 200 instead of 500..... immediately i call customer care....they told, no problem sir do recharge of 300 , we will process ur offer...
then i recharge 100 and 200 ...... total amount i recharged is 1000
i called customer care and mailed, they told, sir, we taking complaint about this issue ....wait for 2 days
after 1 week , i got a call from sundirect, we are process ur complaint quickly sir......please wait for 1 week ( due to covid 19 few staffs are working)
after 2 days, i got a msg , ur complaint was solved... immediately i open sundirect app, it shows tamil dop 1 plan for 1 month.. my plan was not changed to 999rs offer plan... i feel upset
then i called customer care, they told ,u have insufficient balance so that we are unable to activate 999rs offer plan.
i told that i already recharge 1000rs ....without my consent, u activate tamil dop pack 1.. they told me to raise a mail
then i sent a mail about this issue in detail manner to sundirect. after 5 days , i got a call from sundirect, we are process ur complaint quickly sir......please wait for 1 week.....
after 5 days, i got a msg , ur complaint was solved... immediately i check my plan on sundirect app, i feel happy because my plan changed to rs.999 for 9month tamil dop 1pack. i feel happy... say thanks to sundirect for quickly solve the issue in pandemic time.
