My stb V-7000 HDW not showing radio channels and games. I scanned my stb it is showing zero radio channels

Yes, This Stb will not support active screens. This is nothing but Dish NXT Stb. You need to wait for the new ota software updates may be six months.

They dont provide ota its still 0.17 from my date of purchase

I never got any ota on my v-5004 hd stb
Its also d2h + dish tv stb
Have both satellite in satellite management
