Passion Distribution has announced worldwide sales of the returning property and lifestyle series ‘Homes By The Sea’, now in its second season, and ‘Selling Houses With Amanda Lamb’.
The first show has recently been acquired by Nat Geo People (Asia), Fox International Channel (Spain), Kuchnia+ (Poland), Living Channel (New Zealand), TVB (Hong Kong) and The Home Channel (South Africa).
Foxtel (Australia) has also just acquired S2 following previously picking up S1. This show has now been sold into over 140 countries worldwide.
In the series, Charlie Luxton embarks on a mission to find out what makes the perfect seaside home – and what inspires the people who live in them and create them.
From renovated cottages to brand new builds, converted lighthouses and grand seafront terraces, Charlie explores the remarkable variety of styles and architecture that shape coastal towns and villages that inspire a global audience.
