New Delhi Television Ltd. (NDTV) has received approval from the Ministry of Information and Broadcast to launch three high-definition channels, NDTV 24x7 HD, NDTV India HD, and NDTV Profit HD.

I think they not get MIB license because all tv channel licence available on broadcast seva portal, but there licence not available. I think they applied for licence but then rejected by themselves.
