Need help regarding watching USB content on TS Binge

Friends, I have purchased Tata Sky Binge Plus STB. Just guide me about watching USB content via it. I have connected HDD to it but not getting how to watch videos and photos stored in it.
Please help.

What file system your HDD have NTFS or fat32? Check if it works on fat32 . Btw i don't have tata sky binge + .

HDD should first be formatted with FAT32 format. Then you can connect and use any file explorer+Video Player app to watch content.

don't format the HDD use aomei partition assistant for change file system without any file lose in PC
