Seeking Help Need to use my Jio Stb remote as universal remote to operate my TV as well

Hi all,
I purchased a new jio fiber connection and got the STB with new universal remote having hotstar a

Can anyone help me in setting the universal functionality of this remote?

Anyone on the forum knows how to pair jio STB Remote with TV?
My Jio remote has buttons to operate TV but Jio folks have not programmed the same to work properly

Dont do any thing on your bro in Settings since i faced issue in Volume Button when tried to Paid TV With JIO Remote and finally remote replaced by Jio when i raised complaint via mail (Connection is within 2 months .If its more we have to pay Rs.600 for new remote).

For me Technicians not configured Universal Remote in JIO Remote.
Check with the technician who did installation or Raise a complaint with Jio fiber on their mail id
