That called feed bro.. Many time a channel capture live event through it. It not permanent feed. What u watched that a man going to participate to talk live on a channel in that tv channel program and when anchor communicate with him he will begin to talk onward. After end the program he will left n channel will go blank & maybe u will find another feel like that in unpredictable time. It happen many time.
