YES! it is indeed a very good web portal by TS. I saw web portal of some other DTH like D2h and found that some important features are not available . For example , you can not upgrade or choose different package online. subscriber have to call CC for such activities which can easily be done online by TS users.

@mystic... Dish tv have also introduced channel package section on their customer web access, but i like the query option in My Tata sky...
For example : My HD gold pack on my Tata sky HD was not activated for initial 1 month free viewing, i sent an query on My tata sky and query receipt was acknowledged on my email id, after 10 minutes HD channels were active on my subscriber id....
secondly i got a call from tata sky CC next day about confirmation of reception of HD channels..

quite happy now...

Within 2 hours of booking tata sky HD, the Tata sky engineer came with all accessories to my house... I have never seen such a fast and swift service... :tup and within 10 minutes activation was done.... 2 minutes for ota software upgrade and 8 min for total box fitting and call to tata sky service...
