there is no HD Access Fee in ADTV.

Only ADD ON Packs.

Silver HD - Rs.80
Gold HD - Rs.130
Diamond HD - Rs.180
Max HD - Rs.225

For Channel list you can check ADTV Website.

Also there's a Pack called MyHD Pack with the same denominations above. In this you can select which all HD channels u need.
