Breaking New slots in MPEG 4

Two test slots added on DD free dish mpeg 4 . I think DD channels add on this and in new e auction Zee anmol and star utsav add. Aur colours rishtey and Sony pal added on the place of those DD channels.

Great, now other 2 channels (Utsav & Anmol) can also launch after e-auction by filling these slots with DD channels from Mpeg 2 and make the vacancies there.
