Discussion News18 India is not properly running on DDFD Mpeg-2

In my mpeg-2 box of DDFD, News18 India is stopping or fluctuations in between like quality is low. But the picture quality is good. It started since yesterday 5 or 6 pm.
Earlier it happened with Big Magic, but after 2 or 3 weeks it got fixed.
Anyone see in his mpeg2 box and reply please...
