NO EPG for discovery HD and animal planet HD for months

:hd Can anyone confirm this. I used to get EPG for discovery HD till October. Since October 2014, the EPG is not showing. I called CC and followed all steps and also gave complaint, but it has not been resolved and since july when animal planet HD was launched, it used to show the EPG in the months of july\august but since then the EPG is not showing.

Can anyone confirm this? TO whom should i write?

Yes,It is very difficult to set reminder for my favorite programmes in Animal planet HD.

I see 50 % can see the EPG. Please post here and tell your stb model. I have zenega d 6000. CC said that stb is faulty but the technician said that this is from back end.

Finally they have brought back EPG !!!

It took them 9 months to do it. I say it was quick.

Also no english subtitles on most of HD channels which is very bad for me has its difficult for me to understand most of western channels English accent. Hope dish TV adds English subtitles on channels like AXN HD, TLC HD and animal planet plus on many English HD channels which are being telecasted without subtitles
