No HD-Channel addition from web portal Account

Hello guys,
i've facing this issue since last year
and complaining abt it to cc and Nodals since last 50 days
but ther seems to have no solution to this problem..

The problem is I can't add HD channels thru web portal account.
Under add chota pack when i select HD it appears that
"Ther are no eligible top ups for u in this genre"

Im using HD-DVR...since last 1 year and its updated in thier system
as i asked abt it repeatedly to them.

the only source i cud add HD is calling cc...
which u all know is smooth like eating IceCream:shy

so pls give ur expert opinion

yes upgraded from sd but it was long time ago say 1 year....

Dude,.... U think I didnt do that...
I even went to mael it to the Nodals..
Not solved yet...
