sometimes they know the exact situation but most of the times they dont know anything about addition of new channels

cc are there only for technical queries any news of channel addition they will not know and even it is against company policies.

channel addition is highly confidential, if any channel is under testing you will come to know thru our lovely DDF, CC dont know anything.

even if channel is added, they tell that the channels is not there in their platform.lol
