Sad News No proper response from your call centre

Today morning I am trying to call your call centre no one is responding properly if someone pick the call they are asking me to wait for some time in Hold call and after sometime get disconnecting the call

TV below given channel showing free of cost but in your call centre they are saying it will be chargeable for me when I ask about this how you can say like that is free of cost in showing your TV channel price detail they are asking me to wait for a while moment and after sometime call get disconnected was unable to speak with any of your customer care very poor service I need to take action against on this

The customer care centers are running with only a few executives due to lock down.you can activate those chann by giving a missed cal to the nu mentioned bin the screen or by using the mobi application
