Working fine here. May be some antenna alignment problem at your end?

Bro close your stb from mains than long press the select button on your remote and restart your stb and wait till the msg "one moment pls " which comes on screen after that it will work properly for you

First Reboot your STB then see what happen, If problem persists then call Nagpal.

You can try this. After switching off stb draw out your smart card clean and reinsurt it. Clean the white portion of lnb. I think it will solve your problem.

I think its the issue of LNB or Cable . may be some water has gone to inside of cable.
