No signal since last night

hi, since last night my dth is showing no signal error, anyone else experiencing this problem? I'm in delhi

I called the service and apparently the wire was lose from the dish, it's working perfectly now.

When i switch on tv i got blank screen but i switched off and again start tv all setting gone and channels auto search
