Why is there no star sports 1 tamil hd in sun direct yet ?

I have call from customer care no response calls and emails
Customer care saying we are working
And update our INFO channel only saying

Delay in addition of a channel does not make the Dth worse.They will add it soon.Do mass requests.Sun has enough space to add HD channels as it’s in HEVC

No sun direct has too many channels to add in tamil which they have not done yet
