Non receipt of UTV Channels in star value pack

Hi,

I have subscribed to star value pack & as per my observation on official website of star & TRAI , I am liable to receive UTV channels i.e. UTV Movies, UTV ACTION & Bindas also in this particular bouquet but d2h isn't accepting the same & told me that these channells aren't part my subscription.

Have anybody experienced the same? what is the reason behind this discrepancy?

Airtel is up to date in all Broadcaster Bouquets but they haven't updated it in selfcare though.

But it's wrong, All the DTH should follow TRAI Rules & Regulations, shouldn't they?

I guess sun direct is also offering UTV channels & their website is also updated

This is only the problem with most of DTH and Cable Operater that they want to follow only their rules.
