Not getting ABP Ananda

Inspite of having free Bengali add on I am not getting ABP ANANDA in my base pack showing unsubscribed. Can anyone else clarify me this. Is tata sky removing ABP ANANDA ? Whats happening ? Why am I not getting that channel ?

Some times it happens on tatasky last time Tnews shown not subscribed to tnews & Ntv channel missed in my box 1week.u must mail to ceo
