I think chnl's mgmt not having enough funds to pay carriage fees in one go, hence they are giving in installments. May be once in every 3 months, and as soon as their expiry date approaches... they give a lum-sum amt to d2h, to still be on their platform. :hehe

AndI say this wid utmost seriousness, coz when mangal kalash got added in ADTV, it did not even complete 1 yr, and was removed in abt 5 months time :k
