confirmed with customer care that now tata sky has also launched universal remote for tata sky plus hd and they will replace to all customers who are under warranty or are under annual subscription of mega pack or under annual service commitment
booked my remote for free as i am under annual service commitment they will replace tomorrow hence will post pictures tomorrow

no it does not work with tata sky plus and tata sky plus hd as it does not have recording buttons first have a look at pictures then post anything xxxxx
