Good News NTO 2.0 compliant RIO rates started publishing... Starting with Jaya

Hi all, so new rates by Broadcasters have started getting published.... First one is Mavis Telecom which runs Jaya channels. Enclosed their new rates although on higher side.

Hoping all Broadcasters publish their channel rates now.
