"Om Bangla " Channel Left Intelsat 20

I see this channel on Local Cable. Its a channel with lowest quality shows I have ever seen. Feel really bad that there are so many Bengali channels but none of these low quality channels can pay carriage fee to dth or cant earn any profit.
