Yes on 2017 "City Plus" was launched as an Cable Channel N It was available on Ortel Digital Tv Odisha .. Now in this year they were planning to launch their 2nd GEC channel as I've said before in Tv Channels GD Thread.. As per reports received they'll be Converting this channel into satellite channel now .. They've already applied for licence to MIB last year n waiting for the Clearance . "City Plus Odisha" will be an News+Entertainment Channel after launhching as an satellite channel:tup:
