I, by oversight twice paid my mega south pack on 31st march and inspite of request on the same day, refund the exceess amt not refunded and whenIi reminded today after a week they say they take the complaint and say,reply will be in 48 hrs.amt excee piad is rs6947/-orginally my bal.in a/c shown both credit and after my request on 31st march immediately the excess amt withdrawn in tatasky a/c,but refund till now not done.Much worried when will I get the refund

Don't worry bro. it will be credit back to your acc within 48 working hours, since online transaction involves two agencies bank and NEFT(National Electronic Funds Transfer).:tup

i paid many times, no problem their.
your problem may be due internet connection. don't worry it will refund within 7 days.
i face this type of problem with IRCTC & SSC but i get money back in 3-4 days
