its a Mpeg2 DVBS Tp, so you can get it in Mpeg2 Stb,
I think ku3 beam have no footprint in your area.

I m also from delhi, and do get the Ku-3 beam. U didnt get Yahsat as well, whereas its easily available in delhi.

Either ur dish is too small, may be 60cm or less or may be u arent tracking properly. :u
