Seeking Help Picture freeze and pixelation in few channels

Recently i bought a new tata sky hd connection, after a few days some of sd channels started to pixelate, when i checked the signal quality it is constantly fuctuating from 0 to 60 (INSAT 4A 22) , other channels work perfectly fine. The tecnician visited but he couldnt find any signal loss.
