Please advice me Airtel Telugu pack with Telugu hd channels.

Previously with ddf team guidance I have changed to 99 plan with free two top-ups + magic hd topup. Now that days are gone. :(

Please advice best Telugu plan with low rent.

Selecting Broadcasters Bouquets will be cheaper compared to Airtels Basepacks.

As you need Telugu HD Channels. Take

Boquets :
Telugu FTA Pack - Rs.0
ETV Boquet 1 - Rs. 28.32
Star HD Value - Rs.88.5
Sun Telugu Basic - Rs.35
Zee Prime Pack Telugu HD - 41.3

Alacarte :
Gemini HD - Rs.22.42
ETV HD - Rs. 22.42

NCF - Rs.153
Total Monthly Cost - Rs.391

Without HD can I go only with Telugu FTA Pack - Rs.0 with NCF 153? Please advice.

Yes without HD and any other paid pack, you can take Telugu FTA pack rs0+ 153rs NCF. Also you can activate this free topup
Airtel Free Chnls Bundle_South : VAS00003 Price:0.0 DBR : 0 (topup code credit @Gopi27 Bro). But with this both topup you cant get telugu mainstream paid channel.
