please help how to give reason for lifting ban

when i readed the ddf rules then i see that there is a line where it is wriiten that "when you got banned if you think you have not anything and think your ban should be lifted you should ask for lifting the ban but have to provide valid reason" but there is 1 question i have got banned many time but how can i protest against this ban if i had'nt done anything

Then how can banned member can go to
