Bro,better to contact nodal officers & they will resolve ur complaint soon & my suggestions is first factory default ur stb,please unplug the stb av cable,hdmi cable & power cable, signal cable & after open the stb & then unplug the hard disk cable & try bro, & also check ur hard disk warranty on hard disk website warranty check

You can format the disk and see if the problem still persist

Go to system settings and then in system details press 0 & 1 and then select a new option will come to format disk and then format it and see whether thr problem still persist
