We all know that TS has launched Everywhere mobile app for streaming live TV channels on mobile. The service entitles a subscriber to access around 54 channels with a monthly payment of Rs 60.

Such services are popular in many developed countries where mobile TV is provided free-to-air. But in India private operators are always trying to make money from every possible way & regulatory authorities such as Trai/Govt are often seen to collude with such operators to plunder customers.

Here is a poll to judge disposition of DDF members towards such subscribtion based apps.

Request every member to participate in the poll & also to give their valuable feedback.

Please note that the poll participents are all registered members so Poll outcome will show a collective viewpoint of DDF members towards such apps.
This is a public Poll so the members will have the ability to see which members voted on which option.

I have no idea why they release only iOS app everytime and leave android behind? I don't think its difficult to develop an android app in todays day. They should release both apps at same time to get more users.

I think TS port the app into android instead of developing. That is why they don't conform to android design guidelines. I think they will port only after iOS becomes stable. So android users need to wait.

First of all in india the data plans are very very expensive, whether its 3G or 2G there is no point in bringing all this to india even if this is offered free. and we do not have much of free wifi hotspots in india

I think we are slowly getting cheap and faster plans. There are cheap fiber connections in Bangalore and Hyderabad. Reliance 4G will give 1 GB at 10 Rs. So it is right time to launch and stabilize the platform before mass users join the 4G.

good info for TS users.....If Reliance is giving 1Gb for 10 Rs :ohya
may be till that time :dodgy

Yes I too think they port ios app into android. It will be far better if they will design app for android with holo ui and android 4 guidelines.
