Seeking Help Port cable connection

DishTV service is very very bad that what I am facing. So just like mobile connectivity porting, do we have option to do porting of cable connectivity from dishTV to Airtel or Tata dth.

Trai porting rule not coming this time
They come end of year. Then U will wait or get new connection
