Problem with Sri Sankara Tv

Hi,

I am facing a strange issue with Sri Sankara TV channel 1637 it gets frequently pixelated and stuck and has glitches in t he video and thin black bar appears on the center of screen every 2 to 3 mins when the glitch happens for a few seconds.

All other channels are perfect. It was perfect in Airtel DTH as well in the same setup.

Please help if anyone else facing the same issue so that tatasky may fix the same at  the earliest.

Any help is really appreciated, Signal Strength on this channel -162 Signal Quality -35-40 similar as all other channels which are ok

Was hoping for some help, there have been no responses so far... the issue is the channel is getting pixelated and stuck frequently. Is there anything we can do to get this fixed.
