Dish Tv keep confusing the customers with 'Pay Later' and 'Processing Fee'. Subscribers of Dish Tv are getting charged extra in the name of both.
If subscribers dont require extra 3 days, they are calling customer care to deactivate the 'Pay Later' option. The customer care tend to miss the request at first request in the Dish tv. This makes the subscribers to pay extra to dish tv, even after calling dishtv by giving the request.
Next thing, for example if a customer doesnot want to recharge for a particular one month, why they are getting charged with the 'Processing Fee' of Rs 25?
Anyway, the monthly/yearly payments are prepaid, if they dont recharge, they will miss. All the subscribers are getting reminders in TV, registered mobile number.
