Hello,
I have an issue with the channel program listing in TATA sky. For most of the channels we get Program information, like the current program or movie and what time it starts and end in the banner. However, recently for some of the channels all i see is "Information not provided by the Broadcaster". Do any of you guys face this issue? Anything that we need to do from our end to get this resolved? I think it happens for the recently migrated MPEG4 channels. Anybody else facing this issue?

Any idea guys? I see this issue on more channels. WB channel is also not showing up the program listing. Most of the Telugu/Kannada Channels have this problem. I checked with the Tata Sky helpdesk they say it bcos the broadcaster has not provided the listing! Is this true, do other DTH users have this issues as well?

yes bond bhai...some udaya channels are not shownig program information...

Yes am facing this issue in malayalam category....Kiran TV, Asianet News, Kairali TV, Kairali WE, DD malayalam etc......

The issue is there for all Tata Sky subscribers. However their comment that the issue is from broadcasters' end appears not to be true as in other DTH services, these same channels are showing proper EPG.

This is the Time saving (Man Power) trick by Tata sky

If other DTH are providing proper EPG for all channels then there is something fishy here..
Is this a new way to extort money from broadcasters for providing EPG services like what Dishtv tried few months back....
May be TS is spending huge money in migration so finding new tricks to extort money...
