Query regarding a new DishTV Child Account

Hello,
I am new to this forum as a member but has been following it since a few years now.
I need to get a child account for my dishtv primary connection.
It would be really helpful if anyone of you can tell me least I can get it done for and also from where.

Terms and conditions for dish tv secondary/child connection:

• To avail secondary Dish TV Connection, the base pack of your Main Connection should be New Super Family or Upwards.
• No. of channels and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• For 1 Main Connection, up to 3 child Connections can be availed in the same house.
• Pack of 2nd, 3rd and 4th Dish TV connection will remain same as that of your Main Connection.
• Each television will have one set of box.
• All 4 connection will have one same antenna.
• For every child connection add on will be subscribed individually.

Purchase Price for second connection:

• Rs. 1600 for (SD Set-Top-Box with Recorder)
• Rs.1800 for (Dish  HD+ with Recorder)

Monthly subscription price for child connection:

• Pay flat monthly pack price of Rs. 225 for any Standard Definition Pack.
• Pay flat monthly pack price of 250 for any Hi-Definition Pack.
