Seeking Help Query Regarding Mera Wala Plan

I have created my Mera Wala Plan but few channels I am not getting. So either I have forgot to add the same or there is some technical problem.

So my Query is :

1. From where we can see which channels we have selected ?
2. How to add, delete or change channels in Mera Wala Plan?

Since when I click to Mera Wala Plan than it is showing : Thank You we have already taken your request.
