→ Chennai : The leading Tamil satellite channel Raj TV is all set launch their new daily serial titled "En Iniya Thozhiye" in its 9 to 9:30 PM (Monday - Friday) slot from today onwards.
The new fiction show comes as a replacement for "Nilave Malare" which went off-air on last week after a successful run of 382 episodes.
The story of the new fiction show "En Iniya Thozhiye" revolves around two childhood friends Pari and Sandhya, who grew up in an orphanage.
They both dedicate their life to the orphanage despite perusing their carer in different work place.
Life of Pari takes a twist and turn, when she comes forward to fulfil the wish of Raghavan, an aged person in the ashram, to see his granddaughter Kavya.
This act of Pari ends in revelation of a trail of suspense story behind her past.
Speaking to tvnews4u.com Amit Bose VP & Head - Programming & Production Raj TV said that "En Iniya Thozhiye" is a very unique story with a strong human emotions. the entire families attention towards a child and mystery behind so much importance to the kid is the story line of this fiction show, thus making the child as the centre of the story and the protagonist Pari will be playing a major role in revealing the mystery.
Amit also added that with this, we have a strong fiction line-up from 7 to 10PM in which the shows running from 7 to 9PM are aired from Monday to Saturday and the programs at 9PM and 9:30PM are being aired from Monday to Friday.
Mr. Amit Bose also confirmed that the channel is gearing up for the launch of 2 or 3 reality shows to strengthen their non-fiction line-up which will be started by first quarter of 2015.
As per the ratings of week 44 Raj TV stood at No. 3 among GECs in Tamil Nadu market.
