Ratings highlights: No change in Hindi GEC rankings

MUMBAI: Star Plus, Zee TV and Multi Screen Media (MSM) channels witnessed marginal
increase in viewership while Colors stayed flat.

Life OK saw a small dip in viewership numbers for the week ended 11 October.

As per TAM data (sourced from subscribers),there was no change in the ranking of the Hindi general entertainment channels (GECs).

Here is how the Hindi GECs performed in Week 41:
Star Plus remained at the top with 598 GVMs
(gross television viewership in millions), up from 549 GVMs in the trailing week.

Colors was at No. 2 with 433 GVMs, same as last week.

Zee TV was No. 3 with 413 GVMs, up from 401 GVMs.

Life OK is 4th with 292 GVMs, down from 299.

SAB is at No. 5 with 273 GVMs, up from 254.

SET is at 6th with 245 GVMs, up from 234.

Sony Pal is No.7 with 26 GVMs, up from 23 GVMs in the previous week.

Zindagi is at No. 8 with 20 GVMs, same as last week.

Sahara One was at the bottom with 12 GVMs, up from 10 in the previous week.
