Re-aligning Tamil Channels

Tamil Viewers's long time request of moving Isaiaruvi (Tamil music Channel from Kalainger Group) to Tamil group of Channels. Noew it is in 608 faaaar away from tamil group (491 to 519). We dont understand the problem in re-aligning.
