Seeking Help Regarding ₹999 annual plan for deactivated costumers

Hi, I am from Kerala. I have been getting sms from Airtel offering ₹999 plan for an annual package with all malayalam channels (only), for my old Airtel connection which was in deactivated condition for nearly 2 years. When I called CC, they also confirmed it.
But I doubt about the "all malayalam channels" clause. Will it be only FTA channels skipping major paid channels?
Will this be same as the My 99 Plan for Kerala?

U'll be get all the malayalam Channels ie) including sun network channels(surya , kiran etc...)

Bro, I got doubt the "all malayalam channels" catchy clause because in 'My 99 Plan Kerala' plan Airtel is not giving top 2 Channels Asianet and Surya TV.
