Its A FTA Channel No Doubt... But The Hardware Required and The TP Space Does Not Come Cheap.. So They Have To Charge Some Amount To Recover The Lend Space..

Zee Anmol is not only fta channel in india, there are many channels
it just like star utsav
all other dth are charging for fta channels
its a la carte pricing
