Reliance digital tv Pack price change from 28may 2016.
Below is the summary of price change across all the existing packs. This pricing is applicable for MRC (monthly) subs. There is no change in child connection pricing. Long duration pack pricing is not currently revised but will be done in the next 30 - 45 days - it will be intimated then.
In terms of no.of channels there will be no change in packs with new price points.
Applicability:
1. The new pack price will be applicable to all new customers coming on board on or after 28th May.
2. In case of MRC customers, it will be effected only when the customers get suspended (even for a day) and recharges thereafter to resume service. Which means, any existing customer who does not get suspended will continue with the old price.
3. There will be no force migration done for any of the subscribers.
Necessary communication regarding pack price change has been sent to customers in form of TV Notification and SMS.
