Revision in RTN & RTN2 Change Process by d2h
Existing process: Currently subscriber can change the RTN/ RTN 2 from Customer Care, website, and d2h infinity Application through OTP authentication and the subscriber can change it many times.
New process: We are revising the RTN change process wherein subscribers will be allowed to change RTN/ RTN2 only once in 30 days from all touchpoints.
