Tata Play has rolled out a great feature. If you've ever had signal troubles or needed a technician visit for some harware issue but fixed the issue yourself or through other means like through customer care, now you can reschedule or cancel the technician's visit hassle-free right from the Tata Play App. Not just this you can also track the service request and check status . No more waiting around!
Earlier there was no such option and one had to wait for the technician to arrive only to let him know that issue is fixed, or one had to inform the customer care.
