I think its gone scramble now. As the thread says temporary means you don't know that they people can make it scrambled at any moment.

Bro if frequency is more than 11700 you need to keep it on for old set top box but now a days in neq boxes you don't need to put it on.

I didnt use it even in old Recievers as i am using KU band from many years .. even i didnt used in my 1st Digital reciever more than 10 years ago ... may be some recievers need them ..
