Terms and Conditions
This Offer is available only to the new Tata Sky subscribers ("You"). New Tata Sky subscriber means a subscriber who activates his Tata Sky Service and avails the Offer during the Offer Period.
Offer: Avail standard Tata Sky connection at a special offer price of only:
Rs 2390 where You shall be entitled to a 12 month subscription to the South Sports Pack; OR
Standard Tata Sky connection is available without the Offer also for Rs 999 where You shall be entitled to subscribe to any Pack of your choice by paying the applicable price. Installation service fee of Rs 200 shall charged extra.
Offer Period: 7 June 2011 onwards.
South Sports Pack 12 months bundled offer will be available only in the following 5 states:
a. Andhra Pradesh
b. Karnataka
c. Tamil Nadu
d. Pondicherry
e. Kerala
Upon the expiry of the 12 months subscription period of the Popular Pack that You have availed off during the Offer Period, You will need to pay the applicable monthly price of such Popular Pack to continue to receive the Tata Sky Service.
You may also choose to subscribe to any other Popular Pack available on Tata Sky.
In the event, You choose to change the Popular Pack chosen by You at the time of availing the Offer prior to expiry of the 12 month period of the Popular Pack, You shall be deemed to have forfeited the amounts paid towards such Popular Pack.
Tata Sky reserves the right at anytime, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part the Offer or to withdraw it completely.
By availing the Offer, You hereby agree to comply with these terms and conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions. You agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Tata Sky and its respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of its respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from your or any third party's use (or misuse) of the Offer.
You acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to the Offer shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
These terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms & Conditions of the Subscription Contract and if there are any inconsistencies between the two, these terms and conditions shall govern for the limited purpose as specified herein. These terms and conditions shall not constitute a modification or waiver of any other provision of the Subscription Contract. Terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Subscription Contract.
