Yes, Samaya News 24X7, LCN 273 added on ROI base packs. In Bengali Megashine Pack it is added. I am user. For other packs source : Best DTH, DTH Service in India, Direct to Home, Digital TV, Full HD Display
Right from first day of addition it was not available on any ROI base packs.
But I doubt how a Kannada News Channel will help ROI customers.
But again, something is better than nothing.
