I'm assuming these FAST channels are only accessible within India?

I always thought FAST channels are only for the US and Canada, at least those from major broadcasters*, but it seems JioStar (ex-Viacom18) has taken the lead here.

*Not counting Tata Play Binge internet-powered channels since those are all from local networks.
